i would like to give no stars if the option was available. i have decided to improve my health by giving up smoking and become abstinent from alcohol as it was having an adverse effect on my health. Instead of dispensing my medication on the correct day i have on each occasion had to wait three days. if this company wants to use computerised systems they need to ensure they are efficient as this is having a worse effect than if i drank a beer! i feel extremely sorry for those who are in my position who don't have the determination to stop as if it was up to Pestle and Mortar in Chiswick no one would stop using alcohol
